Where we ship

We ship within the European Union (EU), excluding Malta and Cyprus. We do not currently ship outside the EU. Available delivery options are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Made to order

Each piece, including our hoodies and T-shirts, is made once you place your order. Production usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on order volume. Embroidered items may take a little longer.

This is the time needed to make your item, before shipping. Once your order is ready, it is dispatched for delivery.

Shipping and delivery time

Transit time depends on where you live and the carrier handling your delivery. Please allow for both production time and shipping time when planning your order. The 3–7 working day production estimate is not the total delivery time.

Production and delivery times are estimates. Busy periods, public holidays and carrier delays may affect when your order arrives.

Shipping costs

Shipping is charged on all orders. Available shipping options and the cost for your delivery address are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please check that your delivery address and contact details are complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error or have a question about shipping, contact us as soon as possible at team@strawbeerry.com and include your order number, if available.
