It depends on the design. Pieces described as embroidered feature real stitched embroidery, including our signature Strawbeerry heart. Other designs may use professional garment printing. The decoration method is stated on the product page.

Each piece is made once you place your order. Production usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on order volume, while embroidery may take a little longer. Once it’s ready, we ship it to you. Estimated transport time depends on your destination, and you can see shipping options and costs by entering your address at checkout.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact team@strawbeerry.com before sending anything back. Customers pay standard return shipping; eligibility and exceptions are explained in our Returns Policy.
