Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer, you normally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at team@strawbeerry.com before returning the product. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.

The product must be returned in a condition that allows it to be resold. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns unless otherwise stated.

Personalized and Custom-Made Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been made specifically according to your personal requirements or that have been clearly personalized, for example products featuring your own name, image, text, or other customizations.
